Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy of Personal Information (hereinafter - the Policy, in order to avoid misinterpretation under personal information, personal data is also implied) applies to all information that the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev (hereinafter - Ural State Law University) represented by the European-Asian Law Congress, located on the domain name www.lawcongress.ru, can receive information about the User (any individual who provided his personal data to the Ural State Law University through registration on the website www.lawcongress.ru) during the use of any sites, services, and programs of the Ural State Law University (hereinafter - Services) and / or informed the Operator by phone.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Administration of the site of the European-Asian Law Congress (hereinafter - Site Administration) - authorized employees, acting on behalf of the Ural State Law University, who manage the site, organize and (or) perform personal data processing and determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal data" means any information directly or indirectly related to a person or determined by an individual (a subject of personal data).
1.1.3. "Personal data processing" means any action (operation) or actions (operations) (by automation tools or without using such means) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to a personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "User of the site of the European-Asian Law Congress (hereinafter - the User)" - a person who has access to the Site, through the Internet and using the Site of an online store.
1.1.6. "IP-address" is a unique network address of a DNS in a computer network using the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

2.1. Use of the website of the European-Asian Law Congress means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of his personal information specified by him in accordance with this Policy within the framework of relations with the Ural State Law University. In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User should refrain from using the site of the European-Asian Law Congress.
2.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User on its own when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services by filling out the registration form on the website of the European-Asian Law Congress in the "Registration", "Ordering" section and include the following information:

The information required for the provision of the Services of the Euro-Asian Legal Congress (rendering services) is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at its discretion.
2.3. 2.4. This Policy is applicable only to the Services of the Euro-Asian Law Congress. The Ural State Law University does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties for which the User can click on the links available on the website of the European-Asian Law Congress. On such sites, the User may collect or request other personal information, as well as other actions may be performed.
2.5. The site administration does not check the reliability of the personal information provided by Users, and does not exercise control over their legal capacity. However, the Ural State Law University proceeds from the fact that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the registration form and maintains this information up to date. 3. Objectives of collecting and processing personal information of Users

3.1. Ural State Law University collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for providing Services and rendering services (execution of an offer and / or other agreements with the User).
3.2. Personal information of the User of Ural State Law University can be used for the following purposes:
3.2.1. identification of a party within the framework of an offer and contracts with the Ural State Law University;
3.2.2. provision of Personalized Services to the User;
3.2.3. provision to the User with his consent of product updates, special offers, information on prices, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, rendering services, and processing requests and applications from the User;
3.2.4. Improving the quality of the Services, the convenience of using them, developing new Services and Services;
3.2.5. advertise their products and services with the consent of the User;
3.2.6. carrying out statistical and other studies, based on the data provided.
3.3. The site collects statistics about the IP-addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.

4. Conditions for processing the User's personal information

4.1. The Ural State Law University stores the personal information of the Users, ensuring their confidentiality and protection against improper or accidental access to them by third parties.
4.2. Ural State Law University has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
4.2.1. transfer is necessary within the framework of the User's use of a certain Service, or to provide services to the User;
4.2.2. such transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), and all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by it are transferred to the acquirer;
4.2.3. in order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the owner of the Euro-Asian law congress or third parties in cases where the User violates the offer of the Ural State Law University.
4.3. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular courier services and operators of the Ural State Law University, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order issued on the Site of the European-Asian Law Congress, including the delivery of the Goods.
4.4. When processing personal data of Users, the Ural State Law University is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ.
4.5. The personal data of the User can be transferred to the authorized bodies of the government of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.6. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration of the site informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
4.7. The site administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.8. Administration of the site together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

5. Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The User is obliged:
5.1.1. Provide information about the personal data required for the use of the website of the Euro-Asian Law Congress,
5.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changing this information.
5.2. The site administration is obliged to:
5.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in i. 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2. To ensure that confidential information is not kept secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose other personal data of the User, except for i. 4.5. this Privacy Policy.
5.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in the existing business.
5.2.4. To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of request or request of the User or his legal representative or authorized body for protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

6. Additional conditions

6.1. Changing the Privacy Policy of the Ural State Law University has the right to make changes to this Policy without the consent of the User. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The User undertakes to independently monitor the existence of changes in this Policy.
6.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website of the European-Asian Law Congress, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Policy.
