The ninth session of the Congress will be held on 18-19 June 2015 in Yekaterinburg. The theme of the session is "Law and National Interests in Modern Geopolitics". The work of the Congress will take the form of a plenary session, core expert panels and roundtables.

On 18-19 June 2015, the European-Asian Law Congress (EALC) was held in Yekaterinburg. For the ninth time the event was held in the Middle Urals. The forum was attended by over 500 delegates, including from countries such as Belarus, Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, Sweden, Ukraine, and the USA.
In addition to lawyers, the Congress was attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, politicians and businessmen. The participants included academics from leading universities of BRICS, SCO and EAEU countries, as well as representatives of a number of international organisations.
